The
Sales Manager
is a high-energy professional who is proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to think and plan strategically. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a background in maintenance or construction. This role is crucial for driving sales, growth, and contributing to the company's expansion. The Sales Manager manages a portfolio of projects weekly, builds the book of business, and develops the business by engaging existing and acquiring new customers. House Doctors is a professional handyman and home improvement service company in the Austin area, specializing in large and small jobs. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with the owner and/or General Manager to set and achieve business goals Business development: finding and acquiring new customers/business Manage estimates and bookings Manage renovation crews and projects Interface and communicate with customers and crews daily Conduct daily job site visits Ensure high-quality execution and monitor customer satisfaction Manage relationships with customers, realtors, property managers, and other service companies to increase sales SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Highly organized and process-oriented Construction industry experience Relationship building and customer-oriented problem solving Prioritization under pressure 3+ years of hands-on experience in the handyman industry or similar leadership roles Experience leading teams to achieve customer satisfaction Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel Excellent communication and independent work skills Strong work ethic and dependability Valid driver’s license This position will have support from the franchise and CEO for goals and strategy. Potential job titles include Sales Manager, Production Manager, Leadership, General Contractor, Senior Manager. Compensation: $40,000 - $75,000 per year Why Choose House Doctors?
