BDC Representative Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive Pay Flexible Working Hours Health Insurance PTO 401(K) As a BDC Representative, you will respond to and communicate with our current and prospective customers via email and phone. Ideal candidates will be polished, professional, energetic, sales-minded, and customer-focused. You should be able to attract customers to the dealership while maintaining outstanding phone etiquette. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential. Dealership experience is a plus but not required. BDC Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To:
Reporting to the Sales Managers regarding objectives Having a desire to learn, with a positive and driven attitude Assisting customers with vehicle inquiries and setting appointments for the sales team to grow sales Working effectively in a team environment Following up with clients to ensure a positive experience and gather feedback Developing relationships with an outgoing personality Maintaining a professional appearance, good communication, and strong presentation skills Proficient in computer and internet use Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth Bilingual skills are a plus but not required We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for career advancement.
