Lexipol’s Sales team provides SaaS solutions for local US first responder agencies in Law Enforcement, Fire & Rescue, EMS, local Corrections, and local governments. We offer unique solutions in the areas of: Policies & Updates : We offer a unique combination of Platform & actual policy content. Implementation, subscription for policy updates, daily training bulletins, & daily training modules. Online training : Police1 Academy, EMS1 Academy, Fire1 Academy, LocalGovU, Corrections1 Academy Performance Reporting : Automates data collection for critical incidents and provides one comprehensive, actionable view of personnel and organizational performance Wellness : Cordico Shield (Law Enforcement), Cordico Fire (Firefighters & EMS), Cordico 911 (Dispatch), Cordico Guardian (Correctional Officers) Accreditation : The Center for Accreditation Excellence: law enforcement, fire departments, transportation sector authorities, colleges & universities, hospital systems, and corporations Our mission includes serving those who serve our communities. As a Principal Solutions Executive selling Wellness, Analytics, Policy, and Training solutions, you will help local public safety departments and local governments stay abreast of changes and provide solutions that save them time and money. The Lexipol cloud-based solutions provide immediate access to constitutionally sound policies, quality training, performance management and wellness solutions that improve operations and save lives. This is done through working in these areas of focus: Annual Revenue
– Achieve / exceed quota targets Revenue targets
– Achieve State/Territory Revenue to Plan Develop effective and targeted account growth plans to ensure revenue target delivery. Work actively as both an individual contributor and team player. This work is independent and highly collaborative. Daily/weekly activity consistent with leadership expectations Prospect, qualify, provide continuous value proposition, and close new business with existing customers. Present Wellness, Policies and Learning solutions virtually and in-person to public safety and public entity leadership Follow our communication cadence with prospective agencies Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline. The Responsibilities
– Keep pipeline current and moving up the curve. Maintain Salesforce CRM daily by documenting thorough and accurate customer and pipeline information. Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles. Your Capabilities and Skills

– To be considered for this role, you will have this experience: Minimum 5 years of SaaS sales experience 7+ years experience selling into Senior Leadership (SVP and above) at mid-market and larger accounts, preferably including local government 7+ years experience managing pipeline with 3-12 month sales cycles and strong forecasting 5+ years selling complex, multi-solution, enterprise SaaS using value/solution selling 5+ years managing multi-threaded sales motions, selling to multiple influencers/users 5+ years leveraging internal resources including SMEs, CS, etc. 5+ years experience with strategic account planning Experience delivering executive-level presentations Proven ability to manage large volumes of opportunities across stages Preferred Experience Minimum five years’ experience selling products to law enforcement, fire, EMS, corrections, local/state governments Deep experience with public safety procurement from a sales or first responder leadership perspective Proven success with long sales cycles and large transactions Excellent virtual presentation and telephone sales abilities Proven ability to rapidly build rapport and trust with prospects and clients Public safety centric consultative sales approach Self-management of daily tasks, activity, and quota attainment Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Office and CRM Documentation mindset: thorough documentation to facilitate the sales process Target Outcomes / Target Results Consistently meet or exceed quota targets Drive deeper adoption within existing customers Define annual & quarterly expansion targets Manage pipeline to deliver accurate forecasts (within 10%) Drive retention through high solution adoption and agency impact Cultural Expectations Culture champion and team presence Collaborative, mission-oriented, performance-driven Organized, coachable, and growth-oriented Extremely detail-oriented and process-driven Lifelong learner with curiosity and skills development Passionate advocate for public safety The Environment Talented, passionate team focused on outcomes Strategists and optimizers aiming for results Got to Market team integrated with Marketing as growth driver Positive, collaborative relationships between Sales and Marketing Fully remote team that values relationships and collaboration Compensation and Benefits

Lexipol offers a competitive base salary, monthly or annual incentive, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with company match and flexible PTO.
