Lead, coach, and work alongside teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Maintain a culture of food safety that meets company standards in food quality, cleanliness, and practices. Recognize and celebrate team member accomplishments during each shift. Delegate responsibilities to your team to exceed guest expectations. Own open, mid, or close shift routines and set the next shift up for success. Demonstrate excellent guest service skills and communicate effectively with guests and team members. What You Bring To The Table

Previous management or leadership experience preferred. Customer service experience preferred. Ability to deliver an energetic, positive guest and team member experience. Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards. Ability to recognize and celebrate team achievements and maintain a positive work culture. Strong delegation and team coordination skills to ensure guest expectations are met. Ability to manage and execute opening, mid, or closing routines. Strong guest service and communication skills. Physical requirements: standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications as required by local, state, and federal regulations. Night, weekend, and holiday availability is a plus.
