Full time; Cooper Clinic. Seeking an Administrative Assistant who will assist with providing customers an excellent experience in accordance with the company's vision, values, and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and customer service skills. Answers patient calls to provide necessary patient care requests. Greets all patients promptly, pleasantly, and helpfully, ensuring high customer service standards. Accepts, processes, and completes payment transactions. Organizes and maintains patient communication and preparation for exam day via email and phone calls. Assists in transmitting referrals to physician offices or patients. Provides and promotes a high level of customer service to both internal and external clientele. Complies with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) while performing all duties. One to four years of relevant experience in a medical office, physician practice, hospital, or acute care setting preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail. Problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and professional. Ability to complete tasks with competing deadlines accurately and efficiently. Top-tier internal and external customer service. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
