Overview
Soliant is working with a school district near Iowa City, IA and is seeking a School Psychologist to provide psychological services and support for students. The School Psychologist will work closely with educators and families to assess student needs, develop intervention plans, and promote mental health within the school environment. Specific caseload details will be provided during the interview process. Responsibilities
Lead eligibility meetings, providing all necessary documentation and data to inform decision-making. Collaborate with school staff, families, and administrators to support the social, emotional, and academic development of students. Provide testing and help create and implement IEPs Qualifications
Educator’s Credential as School Psychologist in the state of Iowa Master or Bachelor degree in Psychology Experience working with students with social/emotional disabilities and/or multiple disabilities preferred Strong understanding of assessment procedures, eligibility criteria, and the IEP process Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Experience working in a school or school-related environment Compensation & Benefits
