Lead Behavior Technician

LEARN Behavioral BCI is currently seeking a Lead Technician. A Lead Technician (LT) is preferably a Master’s level employee who is in the process of accruing indirect supervised experience hours toward the completion of the BCBA certification. An LT is assigned to a clinical team under the supervision of a BCBA and is responsible for assisting the BCBA with fulfilling certain supervisory duties. Essential Behaviors

Provide behavior treatment by protocol to clients as directed Implement teaching procedures using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis Collect and record data with fidelity and reliability Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies Collaborate with Behavior Analysts to assign BTs appropriately to clients Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten Support parent treatment guidance and protocol modification activities Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor Holding or pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Working toward certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance Excellent time management skills Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes Ability to multitask Note: BCI/LEARN Behavioral is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
