Responsibilities Barbacks are responsible for consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences to all that come through our door. Duties include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for all patrons, maximizing tasting bar and overall beverage sales by educating guests on beverage offerings, assessing and anticipating guest needs, and making recommendations. You'll be responsible for keeping the bar stocked, sparkling clean, and ready for action, all while contributing to the positive vibes that make our spot a favorite for locals and visitors alike.

Requirements

Prior bartending experience in a Hilton brand or restaurant establishment

21+ years old to serve alcohol

TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol Certification is a plus

Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions

Familiarity with basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices

Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures

Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently

Pay rate is $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
