Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running effective shifts and maintaining Charter Foods standards. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of tasks, solve problems with a positive attitude, and guide team members. Your responsibilities include ensuring duties are completed, managing inventory, and maintaining financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help ensure the delivery of safe, quality food promptly, and you will contribute to maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.
Job Requirements and Essential Functions
Must be at least 18 years old.
1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
50-hour work week.
High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
Basic computer literacy.
Reliable transportation.
Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong decision-making abilities.
Ability to perform cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash disposal.
Ability to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds.
Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop for 80% of the shift.
