As a

Automotive Sales Associate , you will play a key role in assisting customers with vehicle purchases, providing information about available models, and ensuring a positive buying experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Proactively generate traffic to the dealership through personal outreach, referrals, social media, internet leads, and walk-in opportunities. Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, identifying their needs and recommending suitable vehicle options. Conduct engaging test drives to demonstrate vehicle features, performance, and value. Stay current on all vehicle models, trims, features, incentives, and pricing to confidently answer questions and guide decisions. Guide customers through the sales process, including trade-in evaluations and discussions on financing, ensuring clarity and satisfaction. Partner with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) team to finalize deals, present financing options, and ensure a smooth closing. Negotiate and close deals transparently, maximizing gross profit while prioritizing customer satisfaction. Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns. Build lasting relationships leading to repeat customers and referrals. Utilize consultative selling and upselling techniques to maximize opportunities while maintaining customer trust. Minimum Requirements: 2+ years of automotive sales experience. Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals in a dealership environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Authorization to work in the USA. Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background check, drug test, Motor Vehicle Report check, and holding a valid driver's license. Compensation & Schedule Full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off. Weekend availability required; Sundays off.
