About Our Client: Addison Group is hiring an Inside Sales Coordinator for our publicly traded technology manufacturing customer located in Downers Grove. This entry-level role is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate who is interested in building a career in sales. The position provides hands-on experience supporting a high-profile account, assisting with customer communication, sales coordination, and account development. Job Description: The Inside Sales Coordinator will assist account representatives with administrative support, customer outreach, and sales tasks. This role includes regular communication with customers, supporting account visits, and managing sales-related processes. The position is based in Downers Grove, with travel to downtown Chicago 2–4 times per month (travel reimbursed). Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day sales support for account representatives. Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and inventory. Assist with quotes, demo requests, allocation requests, and order follow-ups. Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information. Support customer visits, events, and training sessions with account managers. Serve as an additional point of contact for a large account, strengthening relationships. Assist with outreach campaigns and ongoing customer engagement. Escalate issues and ensure timely resolution when needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field). 0–2 years of experience; customer service or sales background strongly preferred (retail acceptable). Ability to learn and work with CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus). Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Interest in pursuing a career in sales or account management. Technical aptitude; ProAV experience is a plus, but not required.
