Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year. This role is based in Lititz, PA and supports customers with insurance and financial services needs, including auto, home, life insurance and retirement planning. Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred. Benefits
