You thrive on building relationships and working with your team. Ready to apply? Here’s what you need to know: Availability must be flexible, including evenings and weekends. Must possess and consistently exhibit the competencies relative to the position. Skilled in operating personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS Office. Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including leading discussions in diverse groups. Ability to operate independently, with discretion, and work effectively under pressure. Demonstrates an inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members, and willingness to set high standards of performance. Well-developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English. Ability to maintain reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality. Physical requirements include occasional exposure to outside weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and the ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device. Must frequently lift/move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and focus adjustment. Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED, and a minimum of 12 months retail experience. Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding are preferred. Why adidas?
