Woody Sales Associates are the face of the dealer sales experience. Their hard work enables us to uphold Woody’s philosophy of providing quality vehicles and excellent service. Their positive attitude and friendly demeanor encourage customers to return time and again. Compensation
$60,000 - $150,000 annually Responsibilities
Seek opportunities to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Ensure courteous and efficient service for all customers. Greet customers warmly and understand their needs. Assist with vehicle selection, delivery, and follow-up post-purchase. Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines and procedures. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Review individual CSI, sales, and production metrics. Set personal goals and seek continuous improvement. Drive business growth through training and active involvement in operations. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer and departmental issues. Qualifications
Exceptional customer service and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in customer service or retail preferred. Strong goal-setting and achievement drive. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with computer systems (basic to advanced). Valid in-state driver’s license. High School diploma or equivalent. Benefits
