Overview
We’re looking for a Sales Machine (aka the Sale Training Executive) to help our sales reps level up. This role is all about coaching reps on real-world selling — from refining their talk tracks to mastering discovery calls and closing with confidence. You\'ll be the go-to person for helping reps break through plateaus, build on their strengths, and consistently hit (or exceed) quota. You’ll design and run structured coaching programs, create personalized skill-building paths, and work closely with leadership to turn feedback into results. Key Responsibilities: Coach reps in 1-on-1 and group sessions on key sales skills like objection handling, discovery, closing, and negotiation Create scalable and tailored coaching programs for different skill levels and sales stages including online modules, videos, curriculum Design personalized learning paths to help each rep grow based on their current strengths and gaps Track rep progress and ensure key concepts are being applied in real sales conversations Use sales performance data to adjust coaching programs and prioritize high-impact areas Partner with sales leadership to identify rep needs and align coaching with team goals Lead live role plays, feedback loops, and peer learning to reinforce a culture of continuous improvement Maintain and update sales materials — scripts, playbooks, talk tracks — to support coaching goals Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in sales coaching, sales enablement, or a high-performing sales role Experience designing and executing training programs that improved measurable sales performance Proven track record of helping reps hit quota and level up through coaching Excellent communication skills — clear, motivational, and constructive Ability to turn feedback and sales data into actionable coaching strategies Comfortable using LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and sales tech stacks (CRM, enablement tools, etc.) Self-starter with a passion for developing people and driving performance Salary:
₱65,000 - ₱100,000 a month
