ALL Crane Rental of Florida, LLC is seeking a Sales Specialist-Parts. This is a full-time, exempt position with comprehensive Benefits package in a casual business environment.
Essential Functions
Maintain organization of the parts and service areas
Sell used parts
Prepare and maintain records of inventories, price lists, shipments, and goods used or issued
Issue or distribute materials, parts, and supplies to technicians, coworkers, or customers based on work orders or purchase requests
Place orders with vendors by phone, email, or web portals
Receive and count stock items, verify against purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies
Store, pack, and unpack items in an orderly and accessible manner
Support service department by processing work orders, scheduling service jobs, and maintaining service records
Assist with warranty claims, billing, and other documentation
Provide updates to customers and coordinate with vendors on service timelines and parts availability
Positive interface with employees, supervisors, and customers
Maintain compliance with safety requirements and company policies
Perform other duties and support tasks as assigned
Skills and Experience Requirements
Experience with heavy construction equipment is a plus
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Must be able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed
Able to sit for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Proficient with Microsoft Office products. Experience with NexGen maintenance software is a plus
Valid driver's license with an acceptable MVR
