The Ideal Candidate
Has a proven track record of success in technical B2B sales within manufacturing or machining sectors
Possesses a strong network of decision-makers (engineering, procurement, operations, executive leadership) in our served industries
Understands how to sell complex, value-added manufacturing solutions
Is a strategic thinker and independent self-starter, capable of identifying and pursuing new opportunities with minimal oversight
Is motivated by the opportunity to earn significant commission through performance, rather than relying on a high base salary
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors
Leverage existing industry contacts to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
Lead client engagement from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and close
Partner with internal engineering and production teams to ensure alignment and client satisfaction
Represent BPM professionally at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience
Uncapped commission structure On-target earnings (OTE) of $200K+ based on company sales goals and individual performance
