This position is 20 hours per week.
What You Will Do
Achieve:
Intake and process donations to achieve or exceed the daily production and sales goals, while motivating the entire team to do the same.
Lead:
As part of the store supervisory team, train team on job functions, safety, loss prevention, and organizational policies and procedures. Perform important store operations including opening, closing, and cash handling.
Communicate:
Uphold a high‑quality store experience for customers. Resolve customer issues with tact and always represent Goodwill professionally. Communicate with your team and appropriate staff members from other parts of the organization to create a positive work atmosphere.
To Be Successful You Will Have
High school diploma or the equivalent required
Experience leading people or teams
Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service, retail experience preferred
Willingness to learn
The ability to maintain productivity and work with a sense of accomplishment and urgency
Proven ability to speak, read, write in English and calculate basic math functions
Physical stamina to perform tasks for full work shift
