Work under the direction of the Executive Sous chefs and Executive Chef to execute activities of the culinary banquet department, lead the shift and maintain established operational standards. Primary Responsibilities
Ensure proper recipes, portioning, cooking, garnishing and timeliness of food preparation. Supervise all banquet BOH Staff in the daily operations of the kitchen to ensure quality and timeliness of products. Respond quickly to special dietary, allergy and religious food request when needed. Follows up to ensure guest/member satisfaction. Works well with the FOH managers and employees to ensure communication and teamwork. Working Conditions: Must be willing to work nights, weekends and Holidays Must have valid Serv Safe or equal certification Qualifications
