Overview
Light & Wonder’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a two-year rotational program designed for motivated recent graduates to develop a well-rounded skill set and gain hands-on experience in two critical areas: gaming operations and finance. Participants will rotate through several core areas, complete meaningful projects, and build leadership capabilities that prepare them for future roles within the company.
Program structure
The LDP is a two-year program with four rotations across key business areas. Examples of core rotation areas include:
Supply Chain Management
Research & Development
Production
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
Corporate Accounting
Internal Audit
Treasury
This role is based at our Headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada. Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates outside of Las Vegas.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with functional leaders to understand your rotation and its impact on Light & Wonder’s growth
Work on projects that impact operations, financial performance, and overall business strategy
Use critical thinking and data gathering to create analyses that aid decision-making
Engage with business partners across Light & Wonder to support objectives and deepen business understanding
Attend leadership development workshops and networking events
Complete required practical training
Other responsibilities may vary based on the team
Possibility to travel to other locations for assignments

Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field, with a Spring 2025 graduation date
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25
Strong record of extracurricular leadership (e.g., athletics, student government, community service)
Previous internship or co-op experience preferred
Previous international experience is a plus
