Holder Construction is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Safety Department in Atlanta, GA. A qualified candidate will be essential to the department, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our administrative functions, accounts payable, and cost coding processes. This role requires a strong team player who collaborates effectively to achieve departmental goals. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable: Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping. Cost Coding: Accurately code and track project costs, ensuring all expenses are recorded and categorized correctly. Communication: Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve any invoicing or cost-related queries. Documentation: Maintain and organize financial records and documentation. Support: Provide administrative support to other departments as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with a focus on accounts payable and cost coding. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
