What you’ll be doing Generating sales helps our business grow, and you’ll help us achieve continued growth by providing exceptional customer service. As a Hybrid Inside Sales Representative, you'll take inbound and outbound calls from potential customers in response to new promotional communications. You’ll help our customers understand how our wireless services will enable them to play, work, and live better all while working in a commissions-based environment, and remotely from the convenience of your home office.
Primary responsibilities
Generate sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete sales solution.
Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
Handle an average of 30-40 consistent inbound and outbound calls per day with little to no downtime between calls.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree or one or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
Willingness to work in a sales commission-based environment.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience handling inbound and outbound customer calls to achieve sales.
2 or more years of sales experience.
Location and Home Office Requirements Home office must be located within the state of Texas and within a reasonable commute to the hub location specified on this job posting.
Internet service with a direct connection to a cable or fiber modem capable of at least 25mbps. Wireless connections or DSL are not acceptable.
A dedicated quiet, private workspace.
Verizon conducts periodic home audits via webcam to ensure your workspace meets requirements.
