(also called a Business Sales Representative) is responsible for selling innovative smart security and automation solutions to businesses by understanding their needs, demonstrating product value, and building client relationships. Key duties include engaging potential customers, explaining services, recommending solutions, and meeting sales goals in a dynamic environment, with compensation often based on uncapped commissions and unlimited earning potential. The role requires strong communication, sales, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to customer and market needs. Prospecting and Engagement : Identify and contact potential small business clients to understand their unique security requirements and challenges. Consultative Selling : Conduct needs assessments, explain the benefits of ADT's security and smart business solutions, and recommend the right tailored packages.
