Overview
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and provide support and guidance. You’ll use your fashion and product knowledge to equip customers with the information they need for the best experience. You’ll also contribute to garment refill and care, presentation, and a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities
Customer Sales & Profit: provide excellent customer service, welcome and guide customers through the store and omni experience where available, support them with direct service Engage with customers to provide excellent service and promote products Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store Promote and sell products effectively Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management Fashion & Trend Awareness: stay up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers Team & Development: retain and share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues Follow procedures, routines and legal requirements in all areas of the store Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn and support each other Participate in onboarding, introductions and trainings relevant for the role and development Retail Operations/ Visual & Commercial Execution: complete garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (stockrooms) Assist with garment presentation and display execution to maintain attractive merchandise and clear trends and stories per visual & commercial guidelines Maintain stock levels with replenishment on the sales floor Follow in-store omni services and tech tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.) Assist with opening and closing of the store Follow all health & safety guidelines and legal requirements relevant to the role Qualifications
