You will be the face of Bath & Body Works, understanding customers’ needs and helping them find the best products. Our associates deliver exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales growth in-store and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment. Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at check-out. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. All store positions require physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Ability to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds; climb ladders as needed. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and engaging customer experiences by adhering to safety standards. Maintain our values, policies, and procedures. Qualifications
Thrives in a customer-first retail environment. Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills, openness to feedback, and adaptability.
