We are currently seeking a Kitchen & Bath Dealer Sales Representative
to take responsibility for growing our Kitchen & Bath Dealer segment. Candidate must live in the Sales Territory. As acriticaland meaningfulrole within theRichelieu organization, the Kitchen & Bath Dealer Sales Representative
isresponsible for theoverallrelationship and management ofday-to-day salesactivities towards Kitchen & Bath dealersinhis/her provided territory. You will successfully manage the sales of Richelieu’s premium solutions throughstructured consultative sales discussions, ultimately serving as a business advisortowards yourclients. By positioning yourselfas anindispensable resource,you will enable your clientstosolve problems andincreasebusinessresults. In turn,youwill be buildinga thriving business of your own. Identify key major account opportunities within the Kitchen&Bath Dealer segment,driving substantialsales growth in theregion Schedule and hold face-to-faceas well as virtualmeetings with new and existing customers, learning about their business and how Richelieu product solutions can enhance theirresults Maintain accountabilityforthegrowthofyourprovidedterritory,both through new customeracquisition as well asthe development ofexisting relationships Identifyand analyze past buying patterns of current accounts, andbrainstormwaysto become their stronger, more inclusivesupplier Provide astate-of-the-art customer service experience, positioning yourself as their desired one-stop-shop Educate yourself on, and continuously stay up to date with, Richelieu’s product offerings as well asever-changingmarket conditionsand competitiveanalysis Holdresponsibility for system information and reportingin CRMapplication What We Are Looking For Successful solutions/consultative-basedoutside sales experience towards the Kitchen & Bath dealersegment Passionate, proactive, coachable, strong work ethic Ability to schedule and manageyour own time, delivering on the activities that produceresults Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Developed analytical, planning, organizing, and monitoringskills Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software an asset University degreepreferred, but not required Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must be able to effectively use Excel, Word, Outlook for daily responsibilities and tasks This position may occasionally involve lifting/pushing/carrying items up to 50 pounds Compensation and Benefits Competitive market-based salary plus monthly, quarterly, and annual commissions Monthly car allowance and covered fuel Business expense reimbursement Group insurance program (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, etc.) Employee Stock Purchase Plan with employer matching 401(K) with employer matching Company smart phone Paid vacation time, sick days, and holidays
