The role is a 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity. Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k - $70k the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k. Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k - $70k the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k. Earn while you learn! New employee consultants receive paid training to learn the business. Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually Delivery of excellent customer service Qualifications
Valid driver\'s license, vehicle with room for roughly 50 sample boards, and the ability to drive the vehicle with sample boards Valid auto insurance Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs Attends sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually Business Development: achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales Availability for evening & weekend appointments Ability to use a tablet device and laser measuring device to facilitate diagramming and contract preparation Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel About The Role
