Strategic Sales Manager , where you will be at the forefront of driving our HVAC and Water Heating/Plumbing product categories to new heights. Air Conditioning and Water Heating Divisions . It is based in the Midwest Region, with our ideal candidate located in
Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, or Kentucky , near a major airport, with roughly 50% travel required. Responsibilities
Strategic Partner
– Provide strategic sales/service to premier national accounts, working closely with Rheem internal partners. Establish and maintain a strategic partnership with the Premier Account customer. Communication
– Communicate Rheem's competitive pricing, product, quality, sales tactics, and pricing strategies. Act as the conduit between Rheem and the premier account customer. Proactive Conflict Resolution
– Resolve conflicts with Premier national Accounts and internal partners proactively to ensure seamless service. Bold Execution
– Exceed sales growth targets and customer expectations for premier accounts. Continual Professional Development
– Take ownership of personal training and career growth to enhance success. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university 5+ years of experience in customer call/direct sales in HVACR, Water/Plumbing, or building materials industry Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Effective communication and presentation skills Strong mathematical skills (discounts, interests, commissions, percentages) Strong analytical and reasoning skills Self-motivated with minimal supervision Ability to create demand, sell Rheem products, and develop customer relationships Willingness and ability to travel extensively Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the account zone About Us
