Inside Sales & Used Equipment Coordinator

Reporting & CRM Management Prepare monthly and mid-month quoting activity reports. Maintain pump sales and monthly breakdown spreadsheets. Manage CRM system: monitor data accuracy, onboard new sales staff, and generate activity reports. Flag funding delays or documentation issues to management. Used Equipment Sales & Support Act as the

primary contact

for customers buying or selling used pumps. Gather listing details, photos, and inspection reports for accurate marketing. Maintain spreadsheets and whiteboards tracking used inventory and customer needs. Qualify and follow up with leads from the Buy Concrete Equipment (BCE) website. Negotiate pricing and terms with buyers and sellers, coordinating with management as needed. Arrange trade-in evaluations, including boom inspections and repair confirmations. Coordinate payoff requests, wire instructions, and title transfers for used equipment transactions. Post and manage listings on the website, ensuring inventory is current. Create and distribute promotional flyers and social media posts for available units. Respond to all incoming leads via BCE channels. Team Communication & Support Act as the sales team’s go-to resource for questions or assistance. Keep managers informed on build status, delivery dates, and customer communications. Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Experience in

inside sales coordination, dealership administration, or financing support

required. Knowledge of equipment financing processes, payoff handling, and lien releases. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP/CRM experience a plus. Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, banks, staff, and regulatory agencies. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
