Socket is seeking a skilled
Inside Sales Representative
to join our team! This role is responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries, managing a personal sales quota, and proactively engaging with existing customers to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about customer success, and has a strong ability to close sales over the phone.
This position requires flexibility with call center hours, including work beyond 5:00 PM and on weekends.

Primary Responsibilities
Receive and respond to incoming calls from prospective and existing customers seeking commercial services.
Make outbound calls to existing customers to promote additional services, renewals, and upgrades.
Manage and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Convert inbound inquiries into new customer sign-ups by effectively presenting service offerings and benefits.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize customer value.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
Work closely with the commercial growth team to align strategies and share customer insights.
Skills
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a commercial or B2B environment
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
