Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Enablement located in Southern California. The Sales Enablement position will be responsible for:
Create, maintain and govern all sales content, training and process tools.
Manage a central repository of approved decks, one-pagers, ROI calculators, RFP language, and objection-handling guides.
All client-facing material flows through enablement for version control to prevent “rogue” messaging.
Differentiate messaging for channel partners and consultancies while keeping core value proposition/messaging consistent.
Run weekly enablement huddles with Solution Consultant and Senior Sales Reps to role-play objections, refresh messaging, share competitive insights and maintain version control.

Qualifications
Experience in Sales Enablement and Demand Generation
Proven Sales Presentation and Demand Generation Campaign Creation Skills
Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry
