Minth North America, Inc. Our team is expanding and looking to hire a Sales Administrator. We are looking for a dynamic and driven candidate interested in joining a fast-growing global company in the automotive sector. Responsibilities
System Management: Including platforms MDG, CRM, SAP/PLEX, GDMP (budget/tooling management), K2 system, invoice platform, administrative reception System, and customer systems. Contract Management: Support in the signing, stamping, and archiving of contracts; assist with risk identification and management. Price Management: Execute price management according to scheduling agreements, signed contracts, and internal management standards. Sample Management: Handle sample order acquisition, launch sample request in K2, order maintenance in SAP/PLEX system, billing reconciliation, and resolution of anomalies across prototype systems, commercial route, and payment tracking. AR Management: Monitor and control risks in AR, including billing, overdue tracking, problem analysis and corrective action planning. Tooling Management: Monitor payment status both amortized and non-amortized tooling costs. Customer Visit: Schedule and customer reception management. GADC Support: Provide data and documentation support for external business communication & negotiation. System & Process Development: Streamline related business processes and coordinate with system audits. Local BU/Plant Support: Business performance analysis and support commercial activities. Other Tasks: Other temporary or assigned tasks. Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above, alignment with the company culture and core values. Familiar with business processes and basic knowledge of sales management. Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin. Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong ability to work under pressure, and continuous learning ability. Skilled in data organization and analysis, proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in ERP system operation. Why work for Minth?
