Job Description Accelerate your career in Sales and Customer Excellence with O-I!

Our immersive 3-year rotational program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to local, regional, and global customers across categories like Beer, NAB, Spirits, and Food. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, work on strategic initiatives, and build the skills to become a future account manager - while making an impact alongside iconic brand.

Rotation Program Overview Year 1 – Customer Service

In the role of Customer Service Representative, participants will handle various customer requests, including order management, accounts receivable (AR), new specification requests, price quotations, as well as customer engagement across diverse categories. They will utilize tools such as SAP, SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C), PriceFX and others.

Encourage exploration of special projects in collaboration with the Customer Service Manager to support innovation and cross functional learning.

At the end of the rotation, participants will deliver a leadership presentation summarizing key learnings and development milestones.

Year 2 - New Product Development (NPD) & Senior Sales Analyst

Participate in a six-month rotation between NPD and Sales Analysis functions. Deliver leadership presentations to category sales directors after each rotation. Lead special projects to enhance your skill set.

Year 3 - Advanced Rotations and Global Exposure and Training Development

Quarterly rotations with an Account Manager III.

Conduct site visits to plants and operations, engaging in key projects.

Participate in G&I hour to gain global exposure.

Conclude with a final presentation to the North American Leadership Team (NATL).

Qualifications

You have a foundation in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or Finance or similar related area: through a

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with targeted graduation date range between December 2025 to December 2026.

Ideal start would be May grad with a summer start.

Additional Information Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $62,000-$68,000, based on qualifications and experience. Actual compensation may vary depending on various factors, including but not limited to experience, education, and skill level. This range is provided in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
