Hiring Immediately - As full-time sales representatives!
Here at ProSolar, you are the key to your success! We have a passion for solar energy and for how it can dramatically reduce your utility bill and give families energy independence.
We’re preparing you to succeed in more than just your current position. You’ll be trained in all of our products and be able to deliver interactive sales presentations that will teach communication skills, negotiation tactics, and strategic planning.
As a ProSolar Sales Representative you will have the following responsibilities: Helping homeowners understand the benefits of solar
Build custom clean energy solutions for homeowners
Confidently discuss options and close contracts
Provide customer service and active project management
Complete and submit all necessary paperwork for each project
Participate in company led events to prospect and generate sales
Participate in company’s training and meeting
Network and look for opportunities for engagement to build client base
Represent ProSolar brand and perform at company standards
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities and Competencies for the Solar Sales Representative: Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
Sense of self-motivation, dignity, and resolve
Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide-range of skills that will carry through a variety of career paths
Naturally relational and articulate individual who thrives in human interaction.
Pure Positive Energy, professional, high enthusiasm and big picture attitude
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Supplemental pay types:
