Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and develop a team of renewal sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
Foster a positive, high‑performance culture focused on customer success and retention metrics.
Conduct regular one‑on‑ones and team meetings to provide coaching, feedback and support.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer retention, minimize churn and increase upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
Establish and refine processes for renewal tracking, outreach and negotiation to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with customer success, account management and sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Monitor customer contracts and proactively manage the renewal process to ensure timely renewals.
Analyze customer data to identify at‑risk accounts and create actionable plans to address churn risks.
Drive discussions around value realization and ROI to secure renewals and uncover expansion opportunities.
Track and report on key performance metrics, including renewal rates, churn rates, net revenue retention.
Analyze trends and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Present renewal forecasts and performance updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in SaaS sales or renewal sales, with at least 1+ year in a leadership role managing teams.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention and upsell/cross‑sell targets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high‑performing teams.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decisions.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and renewal management tools (e.g., Gainsight, Zendesk).
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Location Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Compensation Commission eligible. On‑Target Earnings (OTE) range: USD $109,700 – $182,000 per year. Total compensation may vary based on location, experience, education and performance.
