Starting pay range: $14.70 to $15.20 per hour (actual starting pay depends on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience). Responsibilities
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and following customer experience principles; maintain a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support the business. Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately ring purchases/returns and provide change to customers according to procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Uphold merchandising philosophy and follow procedures and standards; prepare merchandise for the sales floor. Assist in store recovery, cleanliness, and maintenance of the store. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures. Support shrink reduction goals and participate in safety and a safe environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills. Flexible schedule to support business needs. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Capability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation. Works effectively with peers and supervisors. Retail customer experience is preferred. Benefits
