Description Join the team as a Seasonal Sales Associate this holiday and help spread the cheer! As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works — understanding our customers’ needs and helping them find the best products. Our associates are dedicated to delivering exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales growth in their store and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demos, and personalized recommendations.
Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at checkout.
Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant.
Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds; duties may include climbing ladders and other physical tasks to obtain products and maintain store appearance.
Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging store environment by adhering to safety standards and expectations.

Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
