Join Bath & Body Works as a Seasonal Sales Associate during the holiday season. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers find the best products and delivering exceptional, consistent experiences that support sales growth in-store and foster a positive, high-energy environment. Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout. Support product replenishment and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and inviting. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. Adhere to safety standards and maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment. Maintain values, policies, and procedures. Qualifications
Thrives in a customer-first retail environment. Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication, openness to feedback, and adaptability. Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations. Must be available to work peak days and varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Core Competencies
