Ultimate Staffing has an urgent hiring need for Call Center Representatives in the Plymouth, MN area! We are looking for candidates who are
sales-oriented and self-motivated, with experience making 100+ outbound calls daily. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply! Pay rate:
$21-24/hr Schedule:
8:30am - 5pm Mon - Friday Location : Plymouth, MN - 100% in office Job Duties/Description: Sets appointments via phone calls and other forms of communication Build strong customer relationships with just a few phone calls. Resolves customer concerns in a calm, professional manner. Completes lease forms and agreements Requirements: At least one (1) year of sales and customer service experience preferred. High school diploma or GED Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask. Friendly, courteous, service-oriented, professional, outgoing, and customer service oriented. Detail-oriented and work effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines. Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision. Knowledge Word and Excel, Outlook. Perks/Company Culture : Casual work attire every day.
