Quantum Roofing is currently looking to hire full‑time Sales Managers to handle the influx of leads in the Asheville, NC region. As a Sales Manager you will oversee roofing projects from inception to completion while driving sales and fostering client relationships.
Qualifications
Comfortable interacting face to face with customers on a daily basis. Ability and confidence to climb a ladder to a roof. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. High school education or GED is a minimum requirement. Independent nature, self‑discipline, and time management skills. Sales experience is preferred. Smartphone capable of taking pictures or video during home inspections. Responsibilities
Create estimates and measure home exteriors to identify damages and wear. Lead generation and marketing for new prospects. Inspect and document homes properly for storm damage. Meet directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on next‑steps and provide a solution to their roofing situation, including walk‑through of any insurance claims process.
