Overview
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products and provide customers with support and guidance. You'll use fashion and product knowledge to deliver relevant information for the best experience. You will also work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, collaborating with the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service: welcome and guide customers through the store and the OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and conversations Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store Promote and sell products effectively Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives Represent the brand positively during all customer interactions Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team Fashion & Trend Awareness
Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers Team & Development
Share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues Follow all procedures, routines and legal requirements in all areas of the store Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop and support each other Participate in onboarding, introductions and trainings relevant for your role and development Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution
Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms) Support garment presentation, execution and maintain attractive merchandise displays and clear trends and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines Ensure good stock levels with replenishment on the sales floor Follow in-store omni services and tech services/tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.) Assist with opening and closing of the store Follow all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role Qualifications
