Manager, Mid-Market Account Executive Team MaintainX is the world's leading Asset and Work Intelligence platform for industrial and frontline environments. We're looking for an experienced and motivated sales leader to join our Account Management team. Your primary objective will be to ensure the success of our Emerging Market Account Managers by providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to help the Account Managers meet and exceed their individual and team goals. You will also be responsible for setting performance expectations, monitoring progress, enhancing processes, and providing regular feedback to help your team improve their skills and achieve their targets. What You'll Do : Manage the day-to-day operations of the team. Create and implement processes to ensure the team operates efficiently and meets deadlines and goals. Proactively remove obstacles and solve problems that could prevent the team from reaching their goals. Own people management tasks for direct reports, including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, career development, and performance management. Identify training and skill development opportunities for direct reports. Provide consistent coaching through 1-1s, pipeline reviews, and involvement in customer calls. Ensure forecasting accuracy and implement measures to report on future pipeline effectively. Implement strategic processes and expand our outbound sales program to help the team achieve their revenue targets. Provide weekly reports on team success, wins, challenges, and strategic initiatives. About You : 3+ years of experience leading Account Management teams. Experience recruiting, hiring, and developing talented and driven individuals. A passion for coaching, motivating, and mentoring others. Proven success in sales leadership within a SaaS or B2B organization. Deep care for the success of your reps, with a knack for celebrating wins and progress. Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions; ability to present data impactfully. Ability to identify areas for process, efficiency, and productivity improvements. Experience in a fast-growth environment. Experience in sales within the CMMS industry or B2B SaaS startup is a plus. What's In It For You : Competitive salary and meaningful equity opportunities.
