Associate, Client Service Management

to join our Pershing X team. Act as the day-to-day point of contact for a group of Institutional Broker Dealers (IBDs) and/or Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs). Support clients by addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues. Ensure client satisfaction through swift responses and efficient problem resolution. Proactively consult with clients on best practices and solutions. Track and report client trends by monitoring activity throughout the firm. Liaise with internal operational contacts to coordinate client service. Gain understanding of the business environment of assigned clients, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Escalate relevant issues to senior team members or management. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: High school or secondary school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. 5-7 years of total work experience is preferred, with experience in financial services being a plus.
