$20.00/hr - $28.00/hr What you'll do
Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; providing guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company's products and services. Assists management with the supervision of associates by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes and procedures, and providing direction on member service approaches to resolve issues according to company guidelines. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures; supports the Open Door Policy; participates in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates. Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors; organizes and maintains the sales floor using equipment and paperwork per policies and procedures. Maintains facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, forklift safety procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to management. Maintains sales floor and merchandise presentation by handling claims and returns, zoning, stocking, organizing displays, pricing, identifying shrink and damages, and securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise. Monitors product quality, rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation standards across departments according to policies and merchandising plans. Oversees picking and staging of club pick-up orders, ensuring products are selected and staged according to policy and procedures. Develops and implements processes to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; analyzes information, monitors progress, and identifies improvement opportunities. Demonstrates and supports compliance with policies, ethics, and integrity; explains and applies these in business processes; supports action plans and the Open Door Policy. Leads and participates in teams; coordinates work, provides feedback, and supports others in meeting timelines and quality standards; helps others adapt to change and new challenges.
