The role involves moving opportunities through the sales process from leads to close by engaging prospects with effective phone skills, understanding their challenges, and asking open-ended questions to promote Lowry’s printer supplies. Sales Specialist Location:

Brighton, MI Responsibilities include: Learning product features, benefits, and applications to sell Lowry Solutions via telephone. Identifying buying signals from customers. Striving to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. Generating opportunities through cold calling prospects. Qualifying and following up on sales leads. Handling inbound calls from prospects and assisting with media solutions. Identifying decision makers within accounts. Logging calls and actions into Salesforce. Upselling and cross-selling to increase order totals. Maintaining regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction. Resolving customer complaints promptly. Setting up customers on Managed Inventory Programs. Managing time effectively and meeting professional goals. Presenting a professional image to customers and colleagues. Staying updated on industry knowledge and company competitive posture. Preparing activity and forecast reports as needed. Performing other duties as assigned. Knowledge and Skills required: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and CRM solutions like Salesforce and Quotewerks. Strong organization and presentation skills. Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities. Resilience to rejection and ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Commitment to continuing education on technology. Education and Experience: Associate’s degree and at least 2 years of sales experience, or equivalent education and experience. Experience with AIDC equipment, barcode, RFID labels, and supplies is highly desirable. EOE Seniority level
