Responsibilities

Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls, and onsite visits to residences and businesses.

Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations of wood-destroying organisms, insects, or other vertebrate pests, and make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.

Cover sales leads in the assigned branch and/or territory and develop multiple additional service and/or pest control sales leads creatively for each respective lead furnished.

Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy.

Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment clean and in working order, adhering to the company Vehicle Policy.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

6+ months of related experience or training in sales and dealing with the public.

Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license; driving record must meet the company’s insurance standards.

Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces like basements, attics, crawl spaces, and other tight spaces.

Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Pay & Benefits

Weekly Pay – get paid every Friday.

This position offers an hourly base pay of $15.00/hr plus commission, with most team members earning between $60,000-90,000+ with additional compensation opportunities. Actual earnings beyond base pay will vary based on sales; the estimated range is not a guarantee of wages.

Physical Demands & Working Requirements

Capable of regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting.

Requires clear vision for both close and distant tasks, with adjustable focus.

Must be able to stand for long periods, perform physical tasks, and manage repetitive motions.

Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear required.

Moderate noise level in the work environment.
