The role involves: Reporting monthly itineraries and significant regional activities to the Regional Sales Director, including product performance, sales strategy, dealer issues, customer service, and technical support. Performing quarterly business reviews with dealers and weekly sales forecasts. Resolving sales, product service, equipment, and dealer problems promptly. Traveling within the sales region as per the established schedule to develop and maintain relationships with dealers, national accounts, and end-users. Developing, motivating, and training the dealer sales force to effectively sell Nilfisk products. Calling on and developing existing and prospective dealers and end-users, maintaining a dealer prospect list, and coordinating sales calls to generate new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include: Managing field sales and end-user accounts, including maintaining a list of large end-users, integrating sales activities into MS Outlook, and performing product demonstrations. Utilizing all sales tools and resources to ensure project success and focus on displacing competitors within dealerships to enhance market share. Effective communication with dealers and coordination with Strategic Account Managers are essential. Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent. At least 3 years of sales experience in the sanitary supply or related industry, with emphasis on dealer channel management and end-user sales. Required personal attributes include a strong work ethic, maturity, strong selling and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce, effective time and territory management, problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel and perform product demonstrations. Nilfisk offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary range of $73,700.00-$98,300.00, with additional incentives and company-provided resources.
