Long Fence, the industry leader for over 75 years, is looking for candidates to join our Sales Team in our Residential Division! This position is territory-based and appointments will be assigned in the territory of Prince George's County, Maryland or Washington, DC. As a Residential Sales Associate, you will be responsible for meeting with customers at their homes. All customers have pre-scheduled appointments. You will meet with customers to show them all of our products. Our products include a variety of fencing styles: decks, patios, porches, gates, sun-rooms, gazebos, and much more. Long Fence Offers Six Weeks Paid Sales Training and Orientation Program Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance 401(k)/profit sharing Gas Allowance Generous Monthly & Annual Bonus Contests Supplemental Insurance Requirements Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule, including Saturdays. Superior customer service skills and professional demeanor. Ambitious, self-motivated individuals who want to join a winning team. Experience using Salesforce is a plus! This position is full-time, exempt. Hours will be based on appointments scheduled Monday-Saturday. Compensation Includes Base Plus Commission. The minimum compensation for this position is $59,000.00 annually. The maximum compensation for this position is $170,000.00 annually.
