Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by closing new accounts and growing revenues. Identify prospects for ExtraHop products through cold calls, lead follow-up, and in-person meetings. Engage senior executives to understand the business, decision-making, and financing processes in your territory. Present and demonstrate ExtraHop products to customers. Provide customer and competitor feedback and field intelligence as needed. Prepare and implement strategic sales account plans and identify growth opportunities in the customer base. Coordinate with resellers and field sales engineers to drive the sales process, lead generation, opportunity registration, forecasting, and revenue achievement. Collaborate with resellers to expand business in the territory. Prepare and maintain an accurate sales forecast for the territory. Engage in networking within customer and related organizations. Required Qualifications And Experience
Four-year degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science, business, or engineering. 5 years of technology sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets. 2 years of cybersecurity or complex SaaS solutions sales experience. Strong ability to articulate ExtraHop’s value proposition with technical clarity. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proven sales success in network/application management or related IT infrastructure solutions. Ability to secure meetings and close deals with senior-level executives. Solid understanding of enterprise networking technologies: switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, WAN optimization, EDR, and SIEM. Strong independent work ethic and startup experience. Existing senior-level relationships across assigned accounts. Background in software/hardware sales and distribution with large software, hardware, and/or networking companies. Ability to travel. Compensation : $141,000-$157,000 plus commission (50% of On-Target-Earnings) + benefits + options. About ExtraHop
