As part of the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team, you become part of the personal connection that strengthens customer relationships with Xplor products. What You’ll Do
Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals Work independently with full support and training What You Get

A natural communicator and closer Comfortable with face-to-face selling Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred) Qualifications

The role requires the ability to work in an ever-evolving environment with a balance of tactical and strategic thinking. Required qualifications for this role: Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred) Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality Align with our four core values and be a good human Location: Fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights and can be in the field of your team region Additional Information
